Nice and clean rooms.

I struggled to sleep due to loud neighbors blasting music late into the night. Housekeeping was also very noisy, making it hard to relax or find peace in my own room.

Great place with lovely greenery, but a bit far from public beaches.

The coffee machine in our room was a delightful surprise, and the lovely staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff at Trupial Hotel & Casino were exceptionally professional, responding promptly to all my requests. The well-maintained gardens provided a serene environment that was ideal for relaxation. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room functioned flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable stay during my business trip.

The tranquil garden was a delight, filled with vibrant flowers and the cheerful sound of birds. The cozy sitting area outside our room became my morning retreat.

The small electrical socket by the coffee machine barely worked, requiring some balancing acts. A few mosquitoes made evening relaxation a tad tricky as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. However, the on-site restaurant had limited menu options. Portion sizes were smaller than expected, which was disappointing. Breakfast could use more variety, too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the dining options left room for improvement.

This place suits me perfectly! Free Wi-Fi, beautiful outdoor pool, and 24-hour security make my stays enjoyable. The staff once helped me return forgotten belongings, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

Great staff, lovely tropical gardens.

The pool was a great spot to relax and unwind. The surrounding tropical gardens really added to the peaceful vibe. Plus, the complimentary transport to nearby attractions made outings super easy. I felt like I could chill all day enjoying the greenery.

Unfortunately, our stay included several drawbacks. The Deluxe Double Room had a strong cigarette smell that lingered, making it uncomfortable. The room's configuration, with two large beds, limited usable space, and the lack of a comfortable chair at the desk was annoying. The cleanliness of the pool wasn't up to par, as leaves and litter sat around for days without being addressed. It would have been nice to have more practical amenities, like a water heater for tea or additional towels, considering the cold tile floors.
